Prices and order confirmation
All prices are in MMK/Ks. An order may still be cancelled for unavailable stock or an obvious pricing error; cancelled items are returned to inventory.
Payment and delivery
Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed immediately. Online payment is confirmed after proof review. Delivery timing and fees are finalized at checkout or by support. Collect pickup orders only after the status says ready for pickup.
Returns and after-sales support
Return eligibility for appliances depends on the item, installation and manufacturer warranty. Inspect condition and quantity on receipt and promptly report damage or wrong items. Before launch, the operator must add the store’s exact return window and warranty coverage.
